Christie Mountain 50th Anniversary Giveaway
“Ski the Next 50 Years” Season Pass Promotion – Official Rules

1. Promotion Overview
   To celebrate Christie Mountain’s 50th Anniversary, guests who purchase a 2026–2027 Christie Mountain Individual Season Pass or Family Pass during the promotional period will automatically be entered for a chance to win a Christie Mountain one (1) Individual Season Pass each season for the next 50 years.

2. Promotion Period
   Entries are valid for passes purchased between 3/1/26 and 12/1/26.

3. Eligibility

   1. Must purchase a 2026–2027 Christie Mountain Season Pass during the promotional period.

   2. Employees of Christie Mountain and their immediate family members are not eligible.

   3. Complimentary 8 & Under passes are not eligible for entry and do not count as purchased passes. Only paid season passes qualify for entries into the giveaway.

4. How to Enter
   • Each 2026–2027 Season Pass purchased equals one entry into the giveaway.
   • No additional purchase necessary beyond the season pass purchase.
   • Limit one entry per season pass Holder.

5. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive one of the following prizes, depending on the type of pass originally purchased:

A) Individual Pass Prize
The winner will receive one (1) Christie Mountain Season Pass each ski season for the next fifty (50) ski seasons, beginning with the 2027–2028 season.

General Prize Conditions:
• Prize pass will be issued annually and must be claimed each season.
• All passes issued as part of the prize are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Passes may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• Passes will be issued at the standard adult season pass level (or closest equivalent) available that year.

6. Winner Selection
   • One winner will be selected through a random drawing after the promotional period ends.
   • The drawing will take place on 12/01/26
   • The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at purchase.

7. Winner Requirements

   1. The winner must sign a Christie Mountain Season Pass Release of Liability for each season before a new season pass will be issued.

   2. Christie Mountain reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

   3. All paperwork must be completed and a photo submitted at the time of drawing

8. Resort Operations Clause
   Prize fulfillment is subject to Christie Mountain's continuing operations. If the resort ceases operations or undergoes ownership changes, the prize may be modified or discontinued at the discretion of Christie Mountain.

9. Publicity
   By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Christie Mountain may use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions
    Christie Mountain reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
